Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds

At Archie Pet, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Certain hygiene products (like grooming tools or hygiene items) may only be returned if unopened and in sealed condition

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened food or treats (feeding category)
  • Used grooming products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include your order number and reason for return
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our team

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of wrong/damaged items shipped)
  • For store credit requests, we'll issue an e-gift card with no expiration date

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
  • Processing may take additional time for international transactions
