At Archie Pet, we offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
• Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metropolitan areas (order by 12 PM local time)

Processing time for all orders is 1 business day. Delivery times begin after processing is complete.

Shipping Rates

We offer competitive shipping rates based on order value and destination:

• Orders over $50: FREE Standard Shipping
• Orders under $50: Flat rate of $4.99 for Standard Shipping
• Express Shipping: $9.99 (regardless of order value)

Additional charges may apply for oversized items or remote locations.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide with the following options:

• International Standard: 7-14 business days
• International Express: 3-5 business days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive:

• Order confirmation email with estimated delivery date
• Shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships
• Delivery notification when your package is out for delivery

Track your order anytime through our website or the carrier's tracking system.

Shipping Restrictions

For the safety of your pets and compliance with regulations:

• Certain food items may have shipping restrictions to specific states/countries
• Live plants cannot be shipped internationally
• Some grooming products containing alcohol may have quantity limits

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive:

1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide photos of damaged items (if applicable)
3. We will arrange for replacement or refund

Claims for lost packages must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Holiday Shipping Schedule

During peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. Major holiday cutoff dates will be announced on our website.
